It’s important to us that your child truly enjoys the Hot Lunch they receive in school. 

We will do this by freshly producing wholesome nutritious balanced hot lunches in our Gourmet Kitchen HQ.

We use only the best quality ingredients & our Head chef Alex works very hard to make sure his recipes will meet the approval of all the kids we get to serve our hot lunches to.

  • NUTRITIOUS

    We believe that our hot lunches offer your child the most nutritious well-balanced lunches to help them grow stronger and thrive in their daily school life. We use only the freshest ingredients that we source from local suppliers.

  • QUALITY

    All our meals are cooked from start to finish by our in-house Chefs, which allows us to offer a large menu to choose from, but also allows us to change up the menu during the school term introducing new meal choices to keep the variety interesting for your children.

  • DIETARY OPTIONS

    If your child has an allergy or if your child is a vegetarian or vegan the app will only offer you the meals suitable for them so you will not have to worry about what you can pick from. Our cooking kitchen is a completely nut-free environment.

  • ORDERING SYSTEM

    Your one log-in will cover all your children in the same school & also if you have a child in a different school that has the hot lunch program. You have the option to place a weekly order or allow the system to default each week to the same meal choices as the previous week.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Each child will be given a New School provider info pack, this will include a unique Activation code for that child that needs to be used when registering your log in details.

  • On the login page, here, there is a link where you can click if you’ve forgotten a password so that you can reset it.

  • The cut-off time for ordering meals for the following weeks is Wednesday at midnight. If you forget to place/change your order don’t worry, it will automatically give your child the previous week’s order.

  • When you register your child on our App for the first time, you will be asked if they have any food allergens. After this when you are ordering, the system will remove any menu items that may contain these allergens so you will not be able to view or order them.

  • Your log-in will work for all the children you have in the school, there will be a drop-down box with your child’s name & you can select each child from the list. Note: this will also be an option if your child is in a different school than we are delivering hot lunches to.

  • When you place your order, we will send you an email confirming what you have ordered, you will also be able to see it through your portal here.

  • The Government, through its nutritional guidelines, has restricted Sausages to only once a week.
