Our chefs make all our meals in our purpose-built cooking facility & we purchase our ingredients from local suppliers. We make each meal from scratch, allowing us to have complete control over the quality of each meal & also have the flexibility to be able to introduce new lunch options during the school year to ensure the kids continue to have variety & continue to enjoy the lunches throughout the whole school year.

Your school will have a dedicated account manager that will work directly with you, throughout the year to ensure everything runs smoothly. We can/will provide our own Garda Vetted staff to deliver & collect the lunch boxes from the different classes. The hot lunch deliveries will be done to accommodate your lunch timetable. All packaging/waste will be removed by us from the school.

Our ordering system has been designed to be the simplest & most straightforward tool to use, our app allows not only the parents, but we have the option for the teacher/school to place orders. We have built-in rules to ensure every child will get a meal, even if the parents haven’t updated their order, we can restrict meals to set days only & most importantly any logon/system access issues will be managed directly by Gourmet Kids.

We will load your school’s yearly calendar to block out any closure dates so no meals can be ordered on those dates. Also, any additional closure dates as they arise during the year or even class school trips can be added. At the end of the school year, we will automatically move all students on the system over to their new teacher & classroom. Student-level reporting on eating/ordering patterns can be provided to the school if desired.
